the Qode of the CitM of Portsmouth, Virginia to operate a <br />temporary residence facility at the Dale Homes Recreation <br />Center at 190D Columbus Avenue, such site being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />UP-89-20 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the southwest intersection <br />of Dale Drive and Columbus Avenue; thence <br />south along the west right-of-way line of <br />Columbus Avenue 283'; thence west 20'; thence <br />north 123.64'; thence west 113.26'; thence <br />north 159.36'; thence east 113.26' to the west <br />right-of-way of Columbus Avenue. <br /> <br />3. The following conditions are prescribed for this use <br />permit: <br /> <br /> (a) Approval of the planned expansions of the physical <br />plant and occupancy shall be secured by the applicant from the <br />Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority; <br /> <br /> (b) The proposed expansion of the physical plant and of <br />the indoor and outdoor recreation areas must be built to <br />conform with the plans submitted with the use permit <br />application; <br /> <br /> (c) Six parking places must be provided to accommodate <br />the staff and residents of the facility; <br /> <br /> (d) Ail outdoor play areas shall be conducted within a <br />fenced area and between the hours of dawn and dusk. <br /> <br /> (e) The applicant shall comply with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances~ policies and regulations of Federal, State, <br />and local government~i~nd shall obtain all necessary licenses <br />and permits. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held November 21, 1989. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
