(a) The maximum number of children enrolled at the day <br />care center shall be limited to 22 in the existing structure. <br />If the proposed 175 square foot addition is constructed, the <br />maximum number of children shall be limited to 27. <br /> <br /> (b) A minimum of 5400 square feet of fenced play area <br />shall be provided. <br /> <br /> (c) The existing 42' high chain link fence shall be <br />maintained around the play area. <br /> <br /> (d) A minimum of four off-street parking spaces shall be <br />provided for employee parking and drop-off of children. <br /> <br /> (e) Ail interior operations shall be conducted between <br />the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> (f) Ail outdoor play activities shall be conducted <br />within a fenced area between the hours of 8:~0 a.m. and 6:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br /> (g) <br />licenses, <br />receiving <br /> <br />The applicant must obtain all necessary permits and <br />and comply with all applicable codes prior to <br />a certificate of occupancy. <br /> <br /> 3.
