AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR A BLOCK PARTY PERMIT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINCE by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the fee for a block party permit shall be <br />twenty-five dollars ($25.00). This fee shall not be <br />refundable. <br /> <br /> 2. Ail previous ordinances and resolutions pertaining to <br />said fee are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect July 1, 1989. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held May 15, 1989. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
