AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1988, BY AMENDING SECTION 32-9 (b) THEREOF, <br />PERTAINING TO FEE FOR OUTDOOR DINING AREA PERMIT. <br /> <br /> 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that ~32-9 (b) of the Code of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, be amended by adding thereto <br />sub-section (15) as follows: <br /> <br />Section 32-9. (b) Outdoor dining areas in rights-of-way. <br /> <br />shall <br />shall <br /> <br />(15) That the application fee for each annual permit <br />be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Such application fee <br />be non-refundable. <br /> <br />2.
