1989-46 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1988, BY AMENDING SECTION 3-52, THEREOF, PERTAINING <br />TO FEES FOR DANCE HALL PERMIT. <br /> <br /> 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that Section 3-52 of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, be amended and reordained <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Section 3,52. Application. <br /> <br /> Any person desiring a permit required by this division <br />shall make application therefor to the' City Manager. The <br />application shall contain such information as is required by <br />the City Manager. A fee of $25.00 shall be paid for each <br />application. Such fee shall not be refundable. <br /> <br />2.
