AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR RESIDENTIAL PARKING <br />DISTRICTS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the fee for issuance of a permit for residential <br />parking districts as established by ~40-56 of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, as amended, shall be three <br />dollars ($3.00) per year for each permit issued. <br /> <br /> 2. That all previous ordinances and resolutions adopted <br />by this Council establishing fees for residential parking <br />district permits are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect July 1, 1989. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held May 15, 1989. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
