AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $14,300. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SECURITY GATES FOR <br />THE CITY TREASURER'S OFFICE AND TO AWARD THE CONTRACT TO THE <br />LOW BIDDER, MONTGOMERY DOOR. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Fourteen Thousand Three Hundred and <br />00/100 ($14,300.) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvement Fund for the <br />installation of security gates for the City Treasurer's <br />office and to award the contract to the low bidder, Montgomery <br />Door. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held October 10, 1989. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
