AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $15~216. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND TO PROVIDE THE CITY'S FIVE PER CENT SHARE <br />CONSTRUCTING THE WYATT DRIVE EXTENSION FROM WILD DUCK LANE <br />COAST GUARD BOULEVARD AND APPROVAL TO SIGN THE NECESSARY <br />AGREEMENT. <br /> <br />OF <br />TO <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred Sixteen <br />and 00/100 ($15,216.) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvement Fund for the City's <br />five per cent (%5) share of constructing the Wyatt Drive <br />Extension from Wild Duck Lane to Coast Guard Boulevard and <br />approval to sign the necessary agreement. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held October 10, 1989. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
