AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $19,600,600. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND AND $200,000. FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITY CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW CHURCHLAND HIGH <br />SCHOOL AND RELATED PROJECTS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Nineteen Million Six Hundred <br />Thousand Six Hundred and 00/100 ($19,600,600.)
