AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $51,840. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE PHASE I STUDY FOR THE REGIONAL JAIL <br />FACILITY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Fifty-One Thousand Eight Hundred <br />Forty and 00/100 ($51,840.) Dollars be, and the same hereby <br />is, appropriated from the Capital Improvement Fund for the <br />Phase I Study for the Regional Jail Facility. This Phase will <br />encompass program planning, site analysis, schematic facility <br />design, cost estimates for both construction and operation as <br />well as complete work for the financing package and legal <br />matters. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held September 26, 1989. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
