(6) (7) (8) (9) (10) ll) 12) 13) Location of existing property lines, easements, buildings~ watercourses, sewers and manholes, water mains, culverts, storm drains and basins, and other essential features; Where plat abuts on any natural or artifi- cial body of water, show the approximate high waterline, bulkhead and pierhead lines where officially established, top of bank and toe of slope, and proposed elevations and slopes for grading; Location, names and widths of both sides of existing street rights-of-way; location, widths and lengths of both sides of proposed street rights-of-way; highways, easements, parking facilities and alleys; and widths of all streets adjacent to the parcel, including any intersections adjacent to the parcel. Plats shall indicate type and width of pavement of existing and proposed streets; Location of any bridges or culverts which may be required; proposed connections with sanitary sewer(s); Lot lines with dimensions and proposed set- back lines; if a residential lot, the total number, type, and density per type of dwell- ing units to be placed thereon if more than one (1); Either on the same or a separate plat, all significant natural or noteworthy features, including existing trees with six (6) inches or more trunk diameter at breast high, of the area to be subdivided shall be shown and those proposed to be preserved shall be included; with the provision, however, that in the case of heavily wooded parcels, the extent of wooded areas may be shown generally without the location of individual trees; Ail parcels of land proposed to be dedicated or reserved for public use, and the conditions, if any, of such dedication; A statement that appropriate erosion and sediment control methods shall be utilized prior to any clearing, grading or construction;
