herein, the time shall be computed so as to exclude the <br /> first and include the last day of the prescribed or fixed <br /> period or duration of time. When the last day of the <br /> period falls on Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, that day <br /> shall be omitted from the computation. <br /> <br /> 14.10 Most Favored Nations Clause. Grantee shall, at <br />the request of the City, provide to the City and <br />Subscribers located therein, the same programming, the same <br />Basic and Pay Television Services, the same one-time grants <br />calculated on a per-subscriber basis, and the same policies <br />concerning notice of rate changes, billing and rebates, <br />that Grantee provides to its other Franchisors or <br />Subscribers; provided, however, that Grantee specifically <br />reserves the right to pass along any additional cost <br />associated therewith to its Subscribers located within the <br />City. <br /> <br />SECTION 15. EFFECTIVE DATE; PUBLICATION; AND TIME OF <br />ACCEPTANCE. <br /> <br /> 15.01 Publication; Effective Date. This Franchise <br />shall be published .in accordance with applicable Virginia <br />law. This Franchise shall take effect upon its adoption <br />and acceptance by Grantee. <br /> <br /> 15.02 Time of Acceptance and Exhibits. <br /> <br /> A. Grantee shall accept this Franchise in form and <br />substance acceptable to the City within thirty (30) days of <br />the adoption of this Ordinance unless the time for <br />acceptance is extended by the City.
