6.05 Service to Public Buildings. Refer to Proposal <br />Section IV 9. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. <br /> <br /> CONSTRUCTION PROVISIONS <br /> <br /> 7.01 Completion of Construction. <br /> <br /> A. Grantee shall give notice to the City at such <br />time as Grantee has completed each Phase of the System <br />Upgrade. The notice shall include a certification from an <br />officer of Grantee that the Phase of the System Upgrade <br />has, in all respects, been completed and that the System is <br />in compliance with all local, state and national codes and <br />standards. Upon completion of the System Upgrade, as set <br />forth in Exhibit "1", Grantee shall notify the City, <br />certifying completion. The City may then reuain an <br />independent engineer reasonably acceptable to the Grantee <br />to inspect and evaluate the System to determine if the <br />System Upgrade has been performed in accordance with the <br />specifications set forth in this Franchise. The expense <br />for any independent engineer shall be shared equally by <br />Grantee and the City. The System Upgrade will be performed <br />in accordance with the time schedule attached in <br />Exhibit "4". <br /> <br /> B. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the <br />System Upgrade shall not be deemed completed until the City <br />receives a satisfactory report from the independen= <br /> <br />-13- <br /> <br /> <br />
