any specially designated access channel for the provision <br /> of other services if such channel is not being used for the <br /> purposes designated. The City may develop rules and <br /> procedures under which the Grantee's permitted use of the <br /> public access channel shall cease. <br /> <br /> B. The City shall establish rules pertaining to the <br /> administration of the specially designated noncommercial <br /> public access channel, the specially designated educational <br /> access channel, and the specially designated government <br /> channel. <br /> <br /> C. Grantee shall maintain a studio facility capable <br /> of producing live color programming and at least one color <br /> origination van equipped with two (2) color cameras. <br /> <br /> D. In response to City's Renewal Terms, Grantee will <br />provide the City a one-time cask grant in the amount of <br />$2.50 per Subscriber located in the Franchise area to be <br />utilized by the City to provide equipment, facilities and <br />personnel to facilitate public, educational and government <br />access programming and the discrete government channel. <br /> <br /> 6.04 Local Origination. Grantee will continue to <br />provide local origination programming as it deems <br />reasonable as long as economically feasiblecommIserate' <br />with community needs. Local origination programming shall <br />equitably deal with issues involving the citizens of City <br />in relation to other Franchisers of Grantee. <br /> <br />-12- <br /> <br /> <br />
