SECTION 6. SERVICE PROVISIONS. <br /> <br /> 6.01 Basic Service. Grantee shall provide broad <br />ca=egories of programming on the Basic Service in addition <br />to any access channel(s) required herein. Grantee shall <br />maintain a diverse mix, quality and level of Basic Service <br />during the term of this Franchise, subject to availability, <br />quality and cost. Attached as Exhibit "3" for <br />informational purposes only is Grantee's present channel <br /> <br />line-up. Grantee reserves the right to add, delete or <br /> <br />modify. <br /> <br /> 6.02 Pay Television Services. Initially, Grantee will <br /> <br />provide: <br /> <br /> - American Movie Classics <br /> - Cinemax <br /> - The Disney Channel <br /> - Home Box Office <br /> - Pay-Per-View <br /> - Showtime <br /> <br />Grantee reserves the right to make changes. <br /> <br />6.03 Public, Educational and Government Access. <br />A.
