The technical standards set <br /> forth in Exhibit "2" shall be used to measure, monitor and <br /> otherwise evaluate System performance. Refer to Exhibit <br /> "2" and Proposal Section IV 5. <br /> <br /> 5.07 Testing. The City may at any time require tests, <br />full or partial repeat tests, different test procedures or <br />tests invclving a specific subscriber's drop. Request for <br />such tests shall be made on the basis of complaints <br />received or other evidence indicating an unresolved <br />controversy or significant non-compliance.
