3.04 "City" means the City of Portsmouth, a municipal <br />corporation in the State of Virginia, its governing body, <br />its delegations, officers, agents, employees and <br />representatives. <br /> <br /> 3.05 "Converters,, means an electronic device which <br />converts signals to a frequency not susceptible to <br />interference within the television receiver of a subscriber <br />and by an appropriate channel selector also permits a <br />subscriber to view all Basic Service signals delivered at <br />designated converter dial locations. <br /> <br />3.06 "Drop,, means the cable that connects the <br />subscriber terminal to the nearest feeder cable of the <br /> <br />System. <br /> <br /> 3.07 ~FCC~l <br /> <br />or a designated <br /> <br /> means the Federal Communications Commission <br /> representative. <br /> <br /> 3.08 "Grantee,, means Cox Cable Hampton Roads, Inc., <br />its agents, employees, lawful successors, transferees or <br />assignees. <br /> <br /> 3.09 "Gross Revenues,, means all cash, property of any <br />kind or nature or other consideration received directly or <br />indirectly by Grantee, its affiliates and subsidiaries from <br />all sources of operations of the System within the City <br />including, but no= limite~ to, Basic Service monthly fees, <br /> <br />Pay Television fees, <br />leased channel fees, <br />advertising revenue. <br /> <br />installation and reconnection fees, <br />converter rentals and local <br /> <br /> This term does not include any sales, <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
