excise or other taxes or fees collected by Grantee on <br /> behalf of any state, city, or other governmental unit, and <br /> shall be net of bad debt, refunds to subscribers and <br /> copyright fees. <br /> <br /> 3.10 "Installation,, means the act of connecting the <br /> System from the feeder cable to the subscriber terminal so <br /> that cable service may be received by the subscriber. <br /> <br /> 3.11 "Pay Television,, means the delivery over the <br /> System of per-channel or per-program audio-visual signals <br /> to subscribers for a fee or charge, in addition to the <br /> charge for Basic Service. <br /> <br /> 3.12 "Person,, means any individual residing in the <br /> City.. <br /> <br /> 3.13 "Public Property,, means any real property owned <br /> by any governmental unit other than a Street. <br /> <br /> 3.14 "Street,, means the surface of and the space above <br />and below any street, road, highway, freeway, lane, path, <br />way, alley, court, sidewalk, boulevard, parkway, drive or <br />any easement or right-of-way now or hereafter held by the <br />City which shall, within its proper use and meaning, in the <br />sole opinion of the City, entitle Grantee to the use <br />thereof for the purpose of installing or transmitting over <br />poles, wires, cables, conductors, ducts, conduits, vaults, <br />manholes, amplifiers, appliances, attachments and other <br />property as may be ordinarily necessary and pertinent to a <br />System. <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br /> <br />
