AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $279,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND TO IMPLEMENT PHASE ONE OF THE CRANEY ISLAND <br />LANDFILL IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia the sum of Two Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand and <br />00/100 ($279,000.)
