AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $45,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT CAVALIER MANOR RECREATION <br />COMPLEX. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia that the sum of Forty-Five Thousand and 00/100 <br />($45,000.)
