AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $22,700. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A PEDESTRIAN FOOTBRIDGE <br />ON PARK MANOR ROAD. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Twenty-two Thousand Seven Hundred <br />and 00/I00 ($22,700.)
