AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $200,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE ACQUISITION AND INSTALLATION OF THE <br />E-911 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SYSTEM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Two Hundred Thousand and 00/100 <br />($200,000.)
