AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $732,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTIES FROM THE <br />PORTSMOUTH INDUSTRIAL FOUNDATION AND THE PORTSMOUTH INDUSTRIAL <br />DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR A NEW CHURCHLAND HIGH SCHOOL AND <br />RECREATION FACILITY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />VirgiNia, that the sum of Seven Hundred Thirty-two Thousand <br />and 00/100 ($732,000.)
