AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $30,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE ACQUISITION AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW <br />TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF VICTORY BOULEVARD, ELM <br />AVENUE AND WILLIAMS AVENUE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Thirty Thousand and 00/100 <br />($30,000.) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvement Fund for the acquisition and <br />installation of a new traffic signal at the intersection of <br />Victory Boulevard, Elm Avenue and Williams Avenue. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held June 27, 1989. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
