ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-89-9. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1988, which now zones as Residential R-75 the <br />property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment No. Z-89-9 <br />is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property <br />zoned as Residential R-60-K Conditional. <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Z-89-9 <br /> <br /> BEGINNING on the north right-of-way of <br />Greenwood Drive 220+ west from its <br />intersection with t~e west right-of-way of <br />George Washington Highway; thence north 253' <br />to a point; thence southwest 184'+ to the <br />eastern line of Fifth Street (unimproved); <br />thenc9 south along said line 215' to the north <br />right-of-way line of Greenwood Drive; thence <br />east along said right-of-way 180'+ to the <br />Point of Beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-89-9 is conditioned <br />upon the following as proffered by the petitioner: <br /> <br /> (1) The proposed development will be constructed <br />in accordance with the site plan approved in GHP-89-3. <br /> <br /> (2) A maximum of sixteen (16) units will be <br />constructed on the site. <br /> <br /> (3) The property will revert back to R-75 Zoning <br />should Group Housing Project GHP-89-3 not be constructed. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held June 27, 1989. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
