Section 24-437. <br /> <br />Enforcement. <br /> <br /> The provisions of this Article shall be enforced by the <br />Director of Public Health or his designee, or any other <br />department or person designated by the City Manager. <br /> <br />Section 24-438. Other applicable laws or regulations. <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall not be interpreted or construed to <br />permit smoking where it is otherwise prohibited or restricted <br />by other applicable laws or regulations, <br /> <br /> 2. The provisions of this ordinance shall be construed <br />separately, and in the event any section, subsection or clause <br />of this ordinance shall be invalidated or held to be unlawful <br />for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, all <br />remaining sections, subsections and clauses shall continue in <br />full force and effect. <br /> <br /> 3.
