AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $250,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY BY THE <br />PORTSMOUTH REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and <br />0~/100 ($250,G00.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvement Fund for the <br />acquisition of property by the Portsmouth Redevelopment and <br />Housing Authority. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held December 11, 1990. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
