AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $1,842,000.00 FROM THE COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR THE 1991 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Forty-Two <br />Thousand and 00/100 ($1,842,000.00) Dollars be, and the same <br />hereby is, appropriated from the Community Development Fund <br />for the 1991 Community Development Program. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held December 11, 1990. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
