AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $30,000.00 FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITY <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND TO REPLACE 920 FEET OF GRAVITY SEWER <br />MAIN ON NELSON STREET, PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Thirty Thousand and 00/100 <br />($30,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Public Utility Capital Improvement Fund to replace <br />920 feet of gravity sewer main on Nelson Street, between 5th <br />and 7th Streets in Portsmouth, Virginia. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held December 11, 1990. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
