ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-90-5 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1988, which now zones as Residential R-60-K <br />(Conditional), the property described in Petition for Zoning <br />Amendment No. Z-90-5 is hereby amended and changed so as to <br />revise the conditions contained in Ordinance No. 1985-40 <br />pertaining to parcel 2 and a portion of parcel 3 as described <br />therein, and that said property shall be shown on said map <br />zoned as Residential R-60-K (Conditional). <br /> <br /> 2. That the boundaries of parcel 2 as originally set <br />out in Ordinance No. 1985-40 are expanded to include a portion <br />of parcel 3, also identified in said ordinance; and that <br />amended parcel 2, which shall be subject to the conditions <br />contained in Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-90-5 is described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Parcel 2 (Residential R-60-K Conditional) <br /> <br />Beginning at a point located midway along the cul- <br />de-sac arc of River Pointe Parkway (150 R/W) then <br />along the bearing S07° 05' 41"W a distance of 419.77' <br />radial to the cul-de-sac to a point; then S75' 05' <br />41"W, 135.00+' to a point; then along the approximate <br />mean low water line of Carney Creek, 1735~' to a <br />point; then S89° 50' 50"E, 180+' to a point; then <br />N82° 31' 51"W, 67.07' to a point; then N36° 40' 30"E, <br />150.80' to a point; then N14~ 05' 13"E, 182.51' to a <br />point; then N36° 34' 46"E, 267.82' to a point; then <br />N82~ 10' 54"E, 352.30+' to a point; then S50* 15' 00"E, <br />155+' to a point; thew S82° 46' 46"E, 255+' to a point, <br />thew 195+' along the arc of a 350+' radiu~ to a point; <br />then N64~ 56' 20"E, 225+' to a poTnt; then S54° 30'E <br />125+' to a point on the cul-de-sac bulb of River <br />Poi~te Parkway; then 430+' along the arc of the cul- <br />de-sac bulb (140.00' radTus) to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />upon <br /> <br />3.
