AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $50,000~00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND AND $30,000.00 FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITY <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND TO .DEFRAY THE ANTICIPATED <br />EXPENDITURES NECESSARY TO ISSUE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT GENERAL <br />OBLIGATION AND PUBLIC UTILITY GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Fifty Thousand and 00/100 <br />($50,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvement Fund, and that the sum of Thirty <br />Thousand and 00/100 ($30~000.00) Dollars be, and the same <br />hereby is, appropriated fr6m the Public Utility Capital <br />Improvement Fund to defray the anticipated expenditures <br />necessary to issue Public Improvement General Obligation and <br />Public Utility General Obligation Bonds. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meetin~ held September 25, 1990. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
