AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $40,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TWO TRAFFIC SIGNALS <br />IN THE PORT NORFOLK NEIGHBORHOOD. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Forty Thousand and 00/100 <br />($40,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvement Fund for the installation of two <br />traffic signals in the Port Norfolk Neighborhood. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held September 25, 1990. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
