Section <br /> <br /> (c) <br /> <br />33-75. <br /> <br />(18) <br /> <br />Final Subdivision Plat. <br /> <br />Reference to common or shared easements <br />conveyed to public service corporations <br />furnishing cable TV, gas, telephone and <br />electric service to the subdivision. Such <br />easements on the final plat shall include <br />reference to a declaration of terms and <br />conditions agreed to by such public service <br />corporations and recorded in the land records <br />of the city. <br /> <br /> 5.
