(2) <br /> <br />The city engineer also approve the proposed <br />plat by affixing his signature thereto. Such <br />signature shall not be affixed until the <br />improvements required by Sections 33-32 and <br />33-33 are installed or a bond or other security <br />is posted and an agreement executed and filed <br />with the city engineer in accordance with <br />Section 33-32. <br /> <br /> 3. That Sections 33-73(8) and 33-75(b) of the Code of <br />the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, be amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 33-73. Preliminary Plat. <br /> <br />(8) <br /> <br />Location, names, and widths of both sides of <br />existing street rights-of-way; location, widths <br />and lengths of both sides of proposed street <br />rights-of-way; highways, easements, parking <br />facilities, and alleys; and widths of all <br />streets adjacent to the parcel, including any <br />intersections adjacent to the parcel. Plats <br />shall indicate coordination of streets within <br />the subdivision with existing or planned <br />streets in existing or future adjacent <br />subdivisions or contiguous to adjacent <br />subdivisions. <br /> <br />Section 33-75. Final Subdivision Plat. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The final plat shall contain the certificates and <br />statements required by section 33-71(e) of this <br />Chapter. On the face of the plat, a place shall be <br />provided to receive the signatures, with dates of <br />approval of: <br /> <br />(1) The Planning Director (or the Principal <br /> Planner) and <br /> <br />(2) The City Engineer (or the Assistant City <br /> Engineer). <br /> <br />(3) The record owner of the property (or the <br /> owner's agent). <br /> <br />(4) The subdivider (or the subdivider's agent). <br /> <br />(5) A Notary Public. <br /> <br /> 4. That Section 33-75(c) of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, be amended by adding Subsection <br />(18) thereto, to read as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
