AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $30,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND TO REPAIR AN EXTENSIVE STORM DRAIN CAVE-IN ON <br />RUTH LANE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Thirty Thousand and 00/100 <br />($30,000.)
