AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $902,200. FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITY <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE BRIGHTON/SOUTH <br />PORTSMOUTH WATER MAIN. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Nine Hundred and Two Thousand, Two <br />Hundred and 00,/100 ($902,200.)
