The golf <br /> professional of Portsmouth Sleepy Hole <br /> Golf Course may collect the applicable <br /> resident fee from nonresident members <br /> of the Portsmouth Sleepy Hole Golf <br /> Association when such nonresident <br /> member has been certified by the care- <br /> taker as having provided the requisite <br /> volunteer time. <br /> <br />3.
