AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 25 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1988, BY AMENDING SECTIONS 25-94 AND <br />25-148 (2), PERTAINING TO PARKS AND RECREATION FEES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 25-94 of the Code of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, be'~mended and <br />follows: <br /> <br />the City of <br />reordained as <br /> <br />Section 25-94. Fees for use of athletic facilities and <br /> recreational centers and special activities. <br /> <br /> (a) Fees for the rental of <br />recreational centers~nd special <br /> follows: <br /> <br />athletic facilities and <br />activities shall be ~s- <br /> <br />(1) Gym $35.00 per hour <br />(2) Social Hall $20.00 per hour <br />(3) Meeting Hall. $10.00 per hour <br /> <br /> (b) Fees for special activities coordinated by or <br />collected by the Department of Parks and Recreation shall be <br />set by the City Manager. This special activity fee shall <br />include a fee to be paid per team for Softball, Volleyball, <br />and Basketball, and for participation in the Seawall Art Show, <br />the Holiday Craft Show, the Spring Craft Show, and the Jigsaw <br />Jamboree. <br /> <br /> 2.
