AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $207,776.00 FROM ~HE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND STREET IMPROVEME~N~S <br />IN THE P~RT NORFOLK AREA TO REDUCE THE IMPACT OF INCREASED <br />~RAFFIC CAUSED BY THE PARTIAL OPENING OF THE WESTERN FREE~AY. <br /> <br /> BE I~ ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Two Hundred Seven Thousand Seven <br />Hundred Seventy-six and 06/100 ($207,776.00) Dollars be, and <br />the same hereby is, appropriated from the Capital Improvements <br />Fund for traffic signal and street improvements in the Port <br />Norfolk area to reduce the impact of increased traffic caused <br />by the partial opening of the Western Freeway. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meetin~ held November 12, 1991. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
