1991-90 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $60,000.00 FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITY <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF STRATEGIC <br />WATER TRANSMISSION CONTROL VALVES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Sixty Thousand and 00/100 <br />($60,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Public Utility Capital Improvements Fund for the <br />replacement of strategic water transmission control valves. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on October 22, 1991. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
