11. That Tables 40-43.1-2 and 40-43.1-3 of Chapter 40 of <br />the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, be amended <br />by deleting Parking Conditions 7 and 17, and by substituting <br />therefor Parking Condition 22 as a requirement for the <br />following: <br /> <br />(a) Ail uses listed under the heading "Manufacturing" in <br /> said Tables; <br /> <br />(b) Ail uses listed under the heading "Wholesale Trade" <br /> in said Tables; <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />The following uses listed under the heading <br />"Transportation, Communications and Utilities" <br />said Tables: <br /> <br />Motor Freight Transportation and Warehousing <br />Courier Services, exceDt by air <br />Farm product warehousing and storage <br />Terminal and maintenance facilities for <br /> motor freight transportation <br />Transportation Services <br />Arrangement of transportation of freight <br />Packing and crating. <br /> <br /> 12. That Table 40-44-3 of Chapter 40 of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, be amended by deleting <br />therefrom the 50% Maximum Building Coverage limitation in the <br />Industrial M-l, Industrial M-l-R, and Industrial M-2 zoning <br />districts. <br /> <br /> 13.
