7. That Tables 40-43.1-2 and 40-43.1-3 of Chapter 40 of <br />the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, be amended <br />by deleting the use "Community center" therefrom and by adding <br />the use "Individual and family social services," as defined by <br />Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) number 832, as a <br />permitted use in the Office Residential OR-75, Neighborhood <br />Commercial C-l, General Commercial C-2, and Industrial M-1 <br />zoning districts and in all Downtown D-1 and D-2 zoning <br />subdistricts excepting the Downtown D-1 and D-2 Public (P) <br />zoning subdistricts, and as a use requiring a use permit in <br />the Industrial M-1-R zoning district, all subject to the <br />requirements of Parking Group 13 of Section 40-45 of said <br />Code. <br /> <br /> 8. That Tables 40-43.1-2 and 40-43.1-3 of Chapter 40 of <br />the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, be amended <br />by adding thereto the use "Membership sports and recreation <br />clubs," as defined by Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) <br />number 7997, as a permitted use in the Office Residential <br />OR-75, Planned Office Park POP, Neighborhood Commercial C-l, <br />General Commercial C-2, and Industrial M-1 zoning districts <br />and in all Downtown D-1 and D-2 zoning subdistricts, excepting <br />the Downtown D-1 and D-2 Residential (R) zoning subdistricts, <br />and as a use requiring a use permit in the Industrial M-1-R <br />zoning district, all subject to Condition 5 of Section 40-43.4 <br />and to the requirements of Parking Group 20 of Section 40-45 <br />of said Code. <br /> <br /> 9. That Tables 40-43.1-2 and 40-43.1-3 of Chapter 40 of <br />the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, be amended <br />by adding thereto the use "Public recreation," as defined by <br />Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) number 7999, as a <br />permitted use in the Office Residential OR-75, Planned Office <br />Park POP, Neighborhood Commercial~C-1, General Commercial C-2, <br />Waterfront W-l, amd Commerce Park CP zoning districts and in <br />all Downtown D-1 and D-2 zoning subdistricts, subject to <br />Condition 5 of Section 40-43.4 and to the requirements of <br />Parking Group 20 of Section 40-45 of said Code. <br /> <br /> 10. That Table 40-43.1 of Chapter 40 of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, be amended by adding the <br />use "Dwelling Unit in Mixed Use Structure" as a permitted <br />Residential use in the Downtown D-1 and D-2 Mixed Use (M) and <br />Office (O) zoning subdistricts, subject to Condition 76 of <br />Section 40-43.4 and to the requirements of Parking Group 2 of <br />Section 40-45 of said Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
