1991-85 <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-91-7 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to an~ <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which <br />now zones as D-1-R (Downtown Residential), the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-91-7, is <br />hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned <br />as D-1-M (Downtown Mixed Use), and that said property is <br />hereby zoned as D-1-M (Downtown Mixed Use). <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Z-91-7 <br /> <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of Dinwiddie <br />Street and County Street; thence south along the <br />western right-of-way of Dinwiddie Street 57'; thence <br />west 21.9'; thence south 3'; thence west 68.17'; <br />thence north 60'; to the southern right-of-way of <br />County Street; thence east along said right-of-way <br />89.84' to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3.
