AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $200,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE REMOVAL OF ASBESTOS FROM CITY OWNED <br />BUILDINGS AND THE CURRENT CHURCHLAND HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Two Hundred Thousand and 00/100 <br />($200,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund for the removal of asbestos <br />from City owned buildings and the current Churchland High <br />School Building. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held September 10, 1991. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
