AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF PORTIONS OF CITY PARK AVENUE <br />AND PARK MANOR ROAD WITHIN CITY PARK TO CORPORAL J. M. <br />WILLIAMS AVENUE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the street known as City Park Avenue from its <br />western intersection with Park Manor Road, northerly through <br />City Park and then southerly through its eastern intersection <br />with Park Manor Road and through Olive Branch Cemetery to its <br />intersection with Clifford Street and that the portion of the <br />street known as Park Manor Road from its western intersection <br />with City Park Avenue through its eastern intersection with <br />City Park Avenue be changed and hereafter known and designated <br />as Corporal J.
