AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $30,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TWO NEW SOFTBALL <br />FIELDS AT S.H. CLARKE SCHOOL. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Thirty Thousand and 00/100 <br />($30,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund for the installation of two <br />new softball fields at S.H.
