AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $50,500.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A TRAIN STORAGE <br />BUILDING AND WATER SERVICE FOR THE "POKEY SMOKEY" AT CITY <br />PARK. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Fifty Thousand Five Hundred and <br />00/100 ($50,500.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fund for the <br />installation of a train storage building and water service for <br />the "Pokey Smokey" at City Park. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held May 28, 1991. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
