AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $16,311.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND TO SUPPLEMENT FUNDS PREVIOUSLY APPROPRIATED <br />TO PURCHASE A FIRE PUMPER FOR THE PORTSMOUTH FIRE DEPARTMENT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred and <br />Eleven and 00/100 ($16,311.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby <br />is, appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fund to <br />supplement funds previously appropriated to purchase a fire <br />pumper for the Portsmouth Fire Department. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held May 28, 1991. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
