AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $410,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE CRANEY ISLAND LANDFILL PROJECT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Four Hundred and Ten Thousand and <br />00/100 ($410,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fund for the Craney <br />Island Landfill Project which includes development of an <br />operations and management plan for the continued landfill use, <br />a closure plan, and an environmental assessmen=. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held May 28, 1991. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
