AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $300,000.00 FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITIES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE RESTORATION AND <br />MAINTENANCE OF PORTSMOUTH'S UTILITY SYSTEM IN PORTI©NS OF PORT <br />NORFOLK AND MT. HERMON. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Three Hundred Thousand~ and 00/100 <br />($300,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Public Utilities Capital Improvements Fund for the <br />restoration and maintenance of Portsmouth's Utility System in <br />portions of Port Norfolk and Mt.
